(One person Rowing, One Person Deadlifting, One Person resting. Resting partner can be tagged in on either movment. You can move on to runnning and cleans once the team has rowed 30 cals and completed 30 deads.)

300m Relay (100m at time)

30 Cleans 115/75

(One person sprints, One Person Cleans, One person rests. The Resting person can be tagged in to either movement. You are complete when the team has finished 300 M of running and 30 cleans. The completion of 30 calories rowing, 30 deadlifts, 300 m sprining and 30 cleans is one round.)
