    Dear WOD Diary,

    Today I was introduced to the Power Snatch. While we didnt hit it off at first I think there may have been just enough spark and chemistry to warrant a second date.

    My attempts were noble, but after enduring a barrage of well-meaning insults I resolved to focus on my technique. I completed the workout in 19:32, lifting 95lbs from the #2 position.

    I appreciate that our leader cares to ensure we are safe and that we learn how to do these lifts correctly for our long term benefit. I am proud to be the new generation of “Body by Jake”.
