Nice little mile warm up run then 20:08- double unders and push press – huge weakness for me. Great workout to push me to do them both:)
23:45 – just spending some good quality one on one time with my friend the double unders, may I emphasize one on one!
On the bright side, I broke the 8 min mile for the first time in years with the warm up mile 7:58!
16:20 Rx, with the bonus 800m at the end.
1 mile run during warmup: 7:07 (12 sec slower than PR, I’ll take it!)
2, count em, TWO bar muscle ups before class!!! First ever!

I was all over the place with this one…. Double unders better but still miles to go…. Had to do 75# on push press and that was tough!

That last surprise 800 meter kicked my butt! 20:14 (if I remember correctly) with 65# for push press. Also failed the double unders, so I stuck with triple the amount of singles.
