Who would think there’s a 6 part series on burpees. SIX!
Was trying to beat Shan…22:55.9 at the park…but had to sub parallet pass-thru’s for PU’s. Not sure which way was harder…guess I’ll need to do it with PU’s and he’ll need to do it with the pass-thru? 🙂
Cool videos on Burpees…love (hate) them.
