195# jerk, 10# PR. I told some people I did 200, and may have even written it on the board, but in retrospect it was only 195. It’s hard to think straight post workout. Alas, I’ll break 200 some other day…
Oh, and a consecutive double under PR: 72 reps unbroken.

Did 3×5 SQ + 3×5 Push Press + 5×3 Sq Clean at lunch
215 jerk. My form sucks, not satisfied….get this. I was 76 du’s in and my fluorescent light above me exploded everywhere do to the rope. WTF! I had to clean it up and start over. 8:23 nonetheless.
Oh and that guy in the picture has a goofy hair do
