1 Mile Run
Try and do this with your “Battle at the Border” partner for that extra push.

First time doing full Murph! It took a while I RX it at 54:02. Just getting my pull-ups.
1st Murph. I rowed both miles. 48:22 or 49:22, crossfit brain so don’t remember. Used 2 bands.
Third time doing Murph, first time doing it Rx!
54:04 and it felt great running (for the first mile anyway). 🙂
And I know it’s weird, but I love this WOD!

36:55. That was a blast! I love the hero wods. I like to think of Heroes the wods are named for when I’m feeling the suck. I remember I’m doing something they are not around to enjoy and cannot do for themselves because of their sacrifice. God bless the service members of past and present.
43:55 used green band for pull ups. First Murph. Tough but I liked it. Thanks Marty for sharing the origin of the name Murph for this workout!!
