    Subbed 25 squats for the pistols. 5 Rounds + 25 squats.

      Good job David. Try doing the pistols on top of a box. It will allow you to get lower without your foot hitting the ground.

        thanks for the tip jake. I will try it out. I have to get them down because it seems every competition has pistols in the RX division.
