This six week course is perfect for those who have been introduced to weightlifting and would like to work on refinement of their technique and skill development
Tuesdays, 5:30- 7:00 pm and Saturdays, 8:30-10:00 am

$50 for 6 week class for members
Please note that this class is intended to build upon each previous class and it is highly encouraged that you only participate if you can commit to missing no more than 2 classes. Make up class sessions will be available upon request and will require a personal training session fee.
