Our $125 first month package is a great way to get started.

  • Up to 12 personal training sessions with  our trainers.
  • Learn the basics of the CrossFit movements.
  • Start making progress on your fitness or weight loss goal.
  • Meet our awesome members and become part of the Rogue Valley CrossFit community.

Free Saturday Class – Every Saturday

If you’re new to CrossFit the best way to get started is to join us for our Saturday 10 AM – 11 AM workouts. They’re always FREE! You’ll meet the trainers, learn some basic movements and participate in a workout scaled to YOUR abilities. No need to call, just stop by. Plan to arrive a little early so we can meet you and sign some paperwork. Wear workout clothes and be prepared to sweat.
