Free Saturday Class – Every Saturday

If you’re new to CrossFit the best way to get started is to join us for our Saturday 10 AM – 11 AM workouts. They’re always FREE! You’ll meet the trainers, learn some basic movements and participate in a workout scaled to YOUR abilities. No need to call, just stop by. Plan to arrive a little early so we can meet you and sign some paperwork. Wear workout clothes and be prepared to sweat. Please check our Facebook page as the schedule for Saturdays can vary.
