I have seen that I am capable of accomplishing things now, that I never thought I would be able to do. I have learned to not doubt myself so much, and to correct myself when I use the words ‘I can’t’.
I’ve made great friends over the past several months and that makes going even more fun.
CrossFit is fun, whether you are there to lose weight, get stronger, cross train for another sport, or to compete against yourself, or others.
I’ve realized that I’m capable of more than I thought, both inside and outside RVCF.
I am stronger at 40 than I have ever been in my life. It has been such a transformation both physically and mentally.
My confidence is up, my stress is down, I don’t feel like I’m carrying an extra person when I run, I smile more, laugh more, and just generally feel better.
I have more energy and generally feel more positive at work and at home.
CrossFit has helped me learn that what may seem insurmountable now can eventually be attained.
I honestly feel like I am in the best shape of my life.
